Terms and Conditions

1. Project Information

• The details provided for Dosti Greenscapes Phase 3, including project specifications, layouts, amenities, and possession timelines, are subject to change as per approvals from relevant authorities.
• The possession start date of August 2028 is tentative and may vary based on construction progress and regulatory approvals.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings will be considered confirmed only after the payment of the required booking amount and submission of necessary documents.
• The payment schedule must be followed as per the agreed terms between the buyer and Dosti Group. Delays in payments may result in penalties or cancellation of the booking as per company policy.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• Prices of units are subject to revision without prior notice at the discretion of the developer.
• Government taxes, stamp duty, GST, and registration charges will be borne by the buyer as per prevailing laws.

4. Possession & Handover

• The possession of the apartment will be given only upon full payment and completion of all formalities, including registration and documentation.
• Any delay in possession due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, will be communicated to the buyers, and necessary extensions may be provided.

5. Modifications & Customization

• Structural modifications or changes to apartment layouts will not be permitted unless explicitly approved by the developer.
• Interior customization may be allowed only after handover, subject to compliance with society and builder guidelines.

6. Legal & Compliance

• The project is developed as per RERA guidelines, and all transactions will be governed by applicable real estate laws.
• Any disputes arising from the purchase of units in Dosti Greenscapes Phase 3 will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation of bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee as per company policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed timeline and terms mentioned in the booking agreement.

By proceeding with the booking, the buyer agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
